When I had my original remote computer setup, it was a windows 7 pro version. Something is happening when I try to print through remote desktop and the printer is actually redirected through RDP. The print output is in the correct positions and crystal clear as if the printers were directly connectedĪs a side note, when I use a program on the work station computer and try to print to the Okidata 320, the print comes out all in the proper order and is crystal clear, so it is not an issue with the okidata printer itself. printer through RDP, I do not have any issues. If I use any other LaserJet, inkjet, etc. Yes, this is the only printer that had this issue. When I am remotely connected to the remote computer(win 10 pro) and try to print to the Okidata 320(which is directly connected to the work station computer) from any program on the remote computer, the printer prints the type in the correct location, BUT the pixels and or characters are partially missing which makes the letters and numbers appear blurry and distorted.ģ."OKI MICROLINE 320 Turbo" is your problematical printer model? I think we have two issues here, one why does Windows select letter paper when the printer is not set as default (the default does have letter) as the only paper size configured in the driver settings and printing preferences is voucher. We have set the same form (Name and dimensions) up on both the 2003 print server and the 2003 CItrix server.

In Citrix using printer policies although the user has been only given this one printer and it is set to their default and the settings have been modified to force the paper size (the NT form does not appear but you can specify a manual custom size of the same dimensions) it prints as though it were letter. If I do not set the printer as default but programatically select the form name and then the user chooses the printer it prints as though there were letter paper in the printer. If I set the printer as the default the program can print to the form perfectly. We have created a custom form called Voucher of this size and in Windows 2003 this is the only paper size available to the printer.
We have some Oki M元320 (same driver as M元20 Turbo) printers that we use custom 8.5" x 3.5" forms on.
